Job Duties

  1. P&L responsibility in assigned territories.
  2. Provide Business Development Planning and execution leadership of New Business Development, IPC customers & standard products in different regions to achieve assigned P&L target and support to Team strategy.
  3. Working with PM/RD to ensure product/solution portfolio, performance/cost competitiveness in targeted accounts/ markets.
  4. New solution penetration & Working with cross functional teams to increase Company leadership in the target accounts/segments/verticals against competition.
  5. Competition Analysis and attack strategy/planning /program.
  6. Working with RD, PM,FAE in winning Strategize deals including value propositions, product/solution proposals, resources, T&Cs, Objection handling strategies, Exit strategy & recovery strategy.
  7. Pragmatic in management and execution.

Job Requirements

  1. Business / Engineering bachelor degree preferred.
  2. 3+ years experience in Manufacturing/IT industry preferred.
  3. English reading / writing skill needed (TOEIC 650+).
  4. Willing to travel.
  5. Proactive attitude as customer window.
  6. Strong sense of responsibility in teamwork.
